It's official - "Lily and Finn Walton are proud to announce the arrival of 4 little girls and they are gorgeous"  ( I would be seriously tempted but we can't have three terriers!)  I will try and get pictures of the full family for a future blog..

On the glamping front we have had some Kielder Marathon guests and continue with a stream of guests who are leaving some very kind and positive comments.  The pods now all have hairdryers and have had a bit of TLC as weather protection in the form of Oiled Wood and Terraces.  The new terraces will be laid next week and will just complete the look.... I love my new bobble cushions and along with loveheart mirrors and candle holders I think the interior "bits and pieces" are about finished!

Winter offers are being taken up with cosy nights for couples featuring Prosecco and Chocolates proving the most popular although if you cannot get a babysitter the kids are coming along for hot chocolate and marshmallows.  Contact me for further details.  Father Christmas will be arriving at the Pods from early December and we will post a picture of him in pride of place - I'm told he will also be featuring in the BBQ Hut to oversee the parties which is a good thing as I need a responsible adult!!

The farm front continues to be busy with sheep sales and calving cows.  Husband has been amazing while I have been at the Horse of the Year Show, grass cut, trees cut back, pipes lagged, gutters mended etc etc all in a days work for him - massive thank you - he's very capable although I don't think he was too chuffed when someone thought he was my handyman!!!!!!!

Youth has been partying in Otley in his very dubious fancy dress this weekend  and Spanners is now back home so full house again.  They have a full pod of friends glamping this weekend and using the BBQ Hut so perhaps I should ask Santa to come early and oversee!!....

Happy Glamping
