In the event of cancellations due to adverse circumstances for example bad weather, we do not give refunds on any bookings made at our site. However should 48 hours notice be given we will offer an alternative date suitable to you should we have availability. Alternative dates if available will be offered for up to four months from the cancelled date. You are strongly advised to take out some form of travel insurance to protect your position in the event that you are compelled to cancel your holiday.
Please note that if we have a powercut you will also lose your water as we are on a borehole that is supplied via a pump which needs electricity to work. We will not refund you for this stay but if you go over 12 hours with no electric or water an alternative nights stay will be offered where possible.
